Pick up service / Pick-up time
Complimentary pick-up service is provided from major hotels to our tour coordination point, where you will be transferred to their respective coach.

As pick-up begins 30 minutes before the tour commences, your actual pick-up time may not be the same as the stated pick-up time. It depends on the location of your hotel and the traffic conditions.

However, guests are requested to wait at the designated pick-up point 5 minutes before the stated pick-up time.

Cruises
Please be at the pier 15 minutes before embarkation time.

Drop off service / Drop off time
At the end of the tour, complimentary drop-off service is provided to major hotels.

Please note that you may reach your hotel 30 minutes from the end of the tour.

Tour Sticker
Kindly wear your tour stickers at all times for identification purposes.

Number of Passengers
All tours will operate with a minimum of 6 passengers (unless specified) and they are conducted in English by professional guides.

Tour Routes
Tour routes may change subject to weather and traffic conditions.

Lost Articles
Guests are advised to check their seats before alighting from the coach to ensure that no belongings are left behind as the company will not be held responsible for any lost articles.

Liability
Although we will exercise every safety precaution, the company will not be held responsible for any personal injury or mishap that may occur during the duration of the tour.

Tour Tickets
All tour tickets sold and issued are non-refundable.
